Community Readers at RGS
At Rossville Grade School, we are blessed with a community that cares deeply for our students! Our 4th graders take part in a special program where local volunteers come in to read with them.
We are grateful for the grandparents, retired teachers, seniors, and patrons who generously give their time to connect with our youth. Even two of our school board members, Jodi Porter and Elias Espinoza, join in the program and help inspire a love of reading.
The joy on students’ faces says it all — what a gift it is to have such incredible support from our RGS community!

Rossville Grade School was honored to accept a memorial contribution from Todd Lambotte, son of Betty Lambotte. RGS was blessed to have Betty on staff for so many years, where she poured her heart into serving students and families.
Although Betty is no longer with us physically, her kindness, dedication, and the positive impact she made on the lives of children continue to live on through the work of our school community. We are deeply grateful to the Lambotte family for this meaningful gift in her memory.

Good Call Home From RGS 📞
Brinlynne made a good call home from RGS today! 🇺🇸
The Rossville American Legion lined our sidewalks with flags for Patriots Day, but the wind had knocked many of them over. On her way home from school, Brinlynne stopped and fixed every single flag that was out of place.
Thank you, Brinlynne, for showing pride in your school and country — you’re a true Patriot! ❤️🤍💙
Proof that signs of patriotism have no age.
