Kaw Valley USD 321 celebrates Kristy Dyche, Board Clerk today!!
This year, KASB is excited to introduce Board Clerk Appreciation Day on Jan. 28! Board clerks play a vital role in keeping districts running smoothly, supporting board operations and ensuring things stay organized.
Board clerks are often the behind-the-scenes anchors of a district — keeping records accurate, supporting board operations, preparing meeting materials and ensuring everything runs smoothly from month to month. Their organization, expertise and steady leadership make a tremendous difference for local boards and school communities.
Thank you for all you do, Kristy!

There will be no school for USD 321 tomorrow, Monday, January 26th, 2026 due to inclement weather. Stay warm and stay safe.
Our IT department is currently updating attendance codes in PowerSchool. You may receive a notification indicating your child was marked as parent-excused, medical, or similar. If you check the date, you’ll notice it is from first semester and can be disregarded.
“Are you kidding me?! This is what showing up looks like.”

Just a reminder about the 5th and 6th grade band concert this evening at 6pm in the RHS commons. I know there was some confusion when it starts, but it does start at 6pm.
First call for the kids is 5:20pm to warm up and line up. Dress to impress and feel free to dress festively.
Looking forward to it!
Dr. Eddie Shaw
Charlee made a good call home today! She worked hard, was respectful, and went out of her way to be a great friend.

Ila made a good call home! She jumped in and saved the day when another student had to leave unexpectedly during the play. Ila stepped into the role without hesitation, was flexible, confident, and did a fantastic job. We are so proud of her!

In Rossville, we don’t just talk about community—we live it. Our 4-H students teamed up with the schools to collect food and restock local pantries. Their hard work will directly support families right here at home. Proud to be Dawgs!

🌟 Talulah made a GOOD CALL home today!
She is always giving high fives to the younger students and spreading positivity wherever she goes. Talulah is a wonderful example of an older student the “littles” can look up to—and we are so proud of her! 🙌🐾

🎉 Nolan made a Good call home today!
He received TWO positive referrals!
💙 The first was for being an incredible friend who always makes sure everyone feels included.
🍽️ The second recognized him for being respectful in the lunchroom, following directions, and serving as a positive role model for others.
We are so proud of his character and leadership—way to go, Nolan! 🙌🐾

Reminder!
