Dr. Randy Watson (Commissioner of Education in Kansas) and Dr. Beryl New (State Board of Education District 6) stopped by SMGS and read a book to our Knd classes. Dr. Watson read "Wacky Wednesday" to go along with our spirit week, and there were a lot of giggles as the story unfolded. We thank them both for stopping by and the work they do for Education in Kansas!

Mrs. Todd’s kindergarten class played a fun game where students got to go to the front of the class with a letter on their head. The rest of the class would make the sound that letter made and then the student would try and guess what letter it was using those clues. Fun way to get everyone engaged!
