New SuperTracker Resource Available!

This week the USDA Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP) launched a new, free resource for teachers, schools, and health educators. SuperTracker Nutrition Lesson Plans for High School Students grades 9-12 learn how to build a healthy diet using SuperTracker.

The lesson plans include a variety of topics such as selecting healthy snacks, finding personal recommendations for what and how much to eat, evaluating food selections, and building healthy meals. Each lesson plan includes learning objectives, detailed instructions, and accompanying resources and handouts. The lesson plans are available for download on the ChooseMyPlate.gov “For Educators” page.
